For bakeries
Bakery management software that costs every loaf
Onassify follows your flour from the day it is delivered to the loaf on a shop shelf. Recipes work out what each item costs to make, production orders take the ingredients out of stock and put the finished bread in, and every sale shows its profit.

Where bakeries lose money
No idea what a loaf costs
Flour, sugar and margarine prices change every month. Onassify recalculates each recipe's cost from what you last paid.
Flour goes missing
Every production order takes its exact ingredients out of stock, so the store count shows what should be there.
Batches come out short
Record what each batch actually produced. Onassify compares it with what the recipe should give and keeps the history.

FAQ
Bakeries: questions and answers
Can Onassify work out what each loaf costs to make?
Yes. A recipe lists the ingredients and packaging for one item. Onassify prices each ingredient at what you last paid and uses the total as the product's cost price, so every sale shows its profit.
Does Onassify reduce my flour and sugar when I bake?
Yes. When a production order starts, the ingredients it needs are taken out of stock. When it is completed, the finished items are added to stock.
Can I record a batch that came out short?
Yes. When you complete a production order you enter how many items it actually produced. Onassify shows the difference from the expected yield and the efficiency of the batch.
Can I sell to shops and collect payment later?
Yes. Record the delivery as a credit sale to that customer with a due date. Payments can be added in full or in part, and the balance is always visible.
Does Onassify work for restaurants?
For the kitchen side, yes: recipes cost each dish and production orders track what the kitchen makes. Onassify does not have table management, kitchen tickets or waiter ordering, so it suits bakeries, caterers and food producers better than table-service restaurants.
