Terms and Conditions

1. Your account

To use Onassify you create an account for your business. When you do:

• You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business.
• The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
• You decide who on your team gets an account and what each role can do, and you are responsible for what happens under the accounts you create.
• Keep passwords private. Tell us straight away if you think someone has got into your account.

2. Free trial

Onassify is free to use until 31 December 2027. You don't need a card to start.

Before the trial ends we will tell you what the paid plans cost. You then choose whether to subscribe. If you don't, we may limit your account to viewing your records, and you can ask us for a copy of your data.

3. Billing

After the free trial, Onassify is billed yearly:

• Each year is paid in advance, at the price shown before you pay, plus any taxes that apply.
• We will remind you before your subscription renews. You can choose not to renew at any time before the renewal date.
• If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and the new price only applies from your next renewal.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for any unused part of a year, except where the law says otherwise.

4. Your data

The records you put into Onassify (products, stock, sales, suppliers, staff, customers and the rest) belong to your business. You allow us to store and process them only to run Onassify for you, keep it secure and support you.

You are responsible for having the right to enter information about your staff and customers, and for telling them how you use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

5. Using Onassify fairly

You agree not to:

• Use Onassify for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or test, break or overload our systems.
• Copy, resell or rebuild Onassify, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
• Collect data from Onassify with automated tools, other than your own records.

6. Figures and reports

Onassify works out totals such as profit, stock values, shortages and payroll from what you and your staff enter. Check important figures before you rely on them. Onassify is not tax, accounting or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own tax returns, payroll and records.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Onassify running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may need short breaks for maintenance and will try to schedule them outside busy trading hours.

We keep improving Onassify, so features may change. If we remove something important you rely on, we will tell you first.

8. Closing your account

You can stop using Onassify and ask us to close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers or our systems at risk, or isn't paid for after the free trial. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

After an account is closed, you can ask us for a copy of your data within 30 days. We then delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our responsibility to you

As far as the law allows, Onassify is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost business opportunities.

Our total responsibility to you for anything connected with Onassify is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Onassify after that, the new terms apply.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to sort it out. If we can't, the Nigerian courts will decide it.
